Abigail Connolly

Abigail Connolly honed her skills in the baking program of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. She then spent a year in Ireland where she introduced Dublin to fresh baked bagels and baked a lot of sourdough bread. Returning home, she is now head of recipe development for Odense Almond Paste and Marzipan in the USA. When not in the test kitchen, Abigail enjoys knitting and rock climbing.
