Make Marzipan Pumpkins
Ingredients
- 1-7 oz box Odense Marzipan
- Yellow food dye
- Red food dye
- Neutral oil
- 12 whole cloves

Make your own bite-sized pumpkin patch with Odense Marzipan.

Ingredients
- 1-7 oz box Odense Marzipan
- Yellow food dye
- Red food dye
- Neutral oil
- 12 whole cloves
Directions
- Gather one box of Odense Marzipan, yellow and red food dye, neutral oil, one toothpick, and 12 whole cloves.

- Add two drops of yellow dye and one drop of red to the marzipan.

- Knead until orange. Adjust colors as needed.

- Roll into a 12-inch log.

- Cut into 12 pieces.

- Roll each piece into a sphere.

- Create a more squat, pumpkin-like shape. Press on the top and bottom while rotating a few times.

- Dip the toothpick in the oil. Press it along the side of the pumpkin from the top to the bottom.

- Repeat all around each pumpkin.

- Place a whole clove on the top of the pumpkin to make a stem.

- Repeat with the rest of the pumpkins.
