Halloween Witch Fingers
Ingredients
- 1-7 oz box Odense Marzipan*
- 8 sliced almonds
- Red food coloring
- *Odense Almond Paste may be substituted
Halloween finger food, Odense style. Use a small paintbrush to paint the finger stubs blood red for an extra spooky effect.

Directions
- Assemble your ingredients.
- With your hands, roll a small amount of Marzipan to make a rough finger shape.
- Pinch joints into the finger.
- Press a sliced almond down and into the Marzipan to create a fingernail.
- Using your own finger as a model (well, maybe not), etch wrinkles into the Marzipan with a toothpick.
- Use a small paintbrush to paint the finger stubs blood red for an extra spooky effect.
- Set on wax paper to dry.
- One roll of Marzipan made eight fingers.
