Almond Cinnamon Crescent Rolls
Ingredients
- 1-7 oz box Odense Almond Paste (grated using large hole side of a box grater)
- 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3-8 oz packages refrigerated crescent roll dough

Directions
- Preheat oven to temperature on crescent roll package. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- With electric mixer, beat Almond Paste (grated using large hole side of a box grater), butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour until well combined. A food processor works equally well.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread filling on dough. Roll dough toward point of triangle. Place on baking sheet and curve into crescent shape. Repeat with remaining 2 packages.
- Bake 2 or 3 minutes more than package directions (14-16 minutes), or until puffed and a deep golden color.
