Directions
- Form your marzipan bunny body into an egg-ish shape.
- It should stand on its own and be sturdy enough to hold up the head.
- Roll two small pieces of marzipan for the feet.
- Place the feet at the bottom of the body. Using a knife, make two marks on each foot to make the toes.
- Make two arms by rolling two small pieces of marzipan into tapered logs and secure them to the body.
- Here's what you should have so far.
- Next, form the head and ears. Make a sphere with enough marzipan to pull the two ears from.
- Pull a thick tab of marzipan from the sphere. With scissors, cut down the middle to form ears.
- Pull and shape the ears to your liking.
- Place the head onto the body.
- Dye a little bit of the marzipan black with food coloring. Roll two small eyes and place on the head.
- Dye enough marzipan light pink for the bunny’s nose and tail. Place a very small bit for the nose.
- Roll the tail into a sphere and place on the bunny’s behind.
- Ta-da!
